Job summary

1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an MSB Test Process Engineer to optimize test processes, tools and AI-enabled solutions to achieve high product quality and operational efficiency in Test operations.

You will drive data-driven analysis, manage deviations, and participate in digital improvement initiatives across quality, efficiency, cycle time, delivery and cost, leveraging AI technologies where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Improving quality in Test processes through data‑driven and AI‑assisted analysis.
• Resolving process/product deviations (e.g., excursions, RMAs) with short turnaround time using analytical and AI‑powered problem‑solving approaches.
• Driving continuous improvement in Test operations through process characterization, process optimization, problem resolution, effective control implementation, and leveraging AI technologies where applicable.
• Handling changes in test processes (including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration) to support high‑volume production.
• Identifying opportunities for operational excellence in Quality, Efficiency, Cycle Time, Delivery, and Cost through advanced analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Leading and participating in projects to realize improvement opportunities through innovative, digital, and AI‑driven solutions.
• Utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance decision‑making, automate routine tasks, improve productivity, and generate actionable insights.
• Developing and maintaining proficiency in AI, data analytics, and digital technologies to support smart manufacturing initiatives and continuous business transformation.
• Understanding and following the QMS in place and ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements (where applicable).
