Responsibilities
- Own the process for end-to-end management of reliability stress tests and package qualification activities (e.g., thermal cycling, HAST, HTS, CSAM), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Maintain and improve process of record (POR) for assigned reliability tests, ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality management systems.
- Lead qualification and process buyoff for new equipment or layout changes; coordinate with Facilities and GEL in enablement.
- Define process windows, control plans, and reaction mechanisms to prevent excursions and maintain product integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance throughput (TAT), process stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, NPI, Product Engineering, and Equipment Engineering to support qualification.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, audit requirements, and EHS guidelines in lab operations.
- Analyze process performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions for continuous improvement using statistical and AI‑assisted techniques.
- Integrates AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
- Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
