Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Engineer to lead testing activities for computer server and rack production. You will guide Associate Engineers and Technicians and ensure reliable validation of hardware across run-in, burn-in, and power tests.

You will configure PXE test environments, coordinate programs with internal teams and external partners, support NPI and mass production testing, and help develop working instructions for production teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Associate Engineers and Technicians in all testing activities for server and rack production.
• Configure and maintain PXE servers for test environments.
• Perform run-in, burn-in, and power testing processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot product failures; work with HQ/factory and customers to implement improvements.
• Coordinate test program implementation and maintenance with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production testing.
• Prepare and update Working Instructions; provide training to production teams.

Job description

Product: Computer Server & Rack Systems

• Gross Salary up to $5k
• Location: Tampines Industrial Area, Singapore
• Work Schedule: 4-3-3-4; 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM/ 7pm-7am (Fixed Shift)
• AWS & 2 months of Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Associate Engineers and Technicians in executing all testing activities for server and rack production.
• Configure and maintain PXE servers for test environments.
• Perform and oversee run-in, burn-in, and power testing processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot product failures; work with HQ/factory and customers to implement improvements.
• Coordinate test program implementation and maintenance with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production testing.
• Prepare and update Working Instructions (WIs); provide training to production teams.
