Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Test Engineering Leader to drive QA for server and rack products, lead a team, and improve testing processes.

You will work with customers and stakeholders to implement test programs, provide technical direction, and support production issue resolution. The role requires 5+ years in relevant environments and strong SAP/Linux skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in server, rack, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong multitasking and ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and concepts.
• Knowledge of programming and debugging techniques.
• Proficiency in SAP and Linux.

• Proven track record in identifying, tracking, and analyzing online/offline issues to improve testing strategies and enhance product quality.

• Conduct training sessions to strengthen the skills and knowledge of team members.

• Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, to develop, implement, and sustain test programs.

• Provide technical direction on process enhancements and support the introduction of new projects.

• Support operations in resolving and improving technical or process-related production issues.

• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.

• Actively contribute to Kaizen initiatives.
