Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an NPI/Process Engineer to drive the introduction, prototyping, qualification, and launch of RF filter products.

You will manage samples, DOE, EVT, and corner tests while coordinating TRB reviews and cross-functional collaboration with development and process teams. The role requires a background in electrical/mechanical/material/chemical engineering, with 1+ year in NPI or related roles in semiconductors or electronics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, or Chemical Engineering or other science fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience as NPI, Process Integration, or Product Engineer in semiconductors/electronics is desirable.
• Experience with AOI, photolithography, sputtering, plating, bonding, backgrinding, and dicing is preferred.
• Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, and 7 QC tools; strong problem solving (8D, fishbone, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming, macros, and scripting is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, JMP, and Agile.

Responsibilities

• New product introduction (NPI), prototyping, qualification, and launch of RF filter products.
• Conduct engineering samples, DOE, prototype, EVT, corner, and clean launch lots.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct TRB meetings to release new products.
• Collaborate with development and process engineering on new technologies in design.
• Process integration and parametric yield improvement by running DOE and corner margin lots.
• Ensure prototyping inline CpK and defectivity meet targets.
• Achieve NPI department KPI’s on-time delivery by meeting yield, quality, and cycle time targets.
