HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd – CREW by HRnet is seeking a hands-on testing engineer to join the West-based optical and semiconductor equipment team. You will conduct performance testing and reliability verification on R&D prototypes, develop test plans, and establish test environments to validate key KPIs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field and at least 3 years of testing experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Optoelectronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Measurement and Control Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing and verification of optical components or semiconductor equipment.
• Familiarity with optical communication testing instruments and statistical methods for test data analysis.
• Ability to independently develop test plans, design test cases and prepare technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB scripting and experience in automated test system development would be an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience in silicon photonic chip or optical module testing, as well as familiarity with CPO/OE die testing indicators and industry standards, would be advantageous.
• Good written and reading proficiency in English, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem‑solving.
