Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited in Singapore is seeking an Engineer, Test to support NPI and sustaining activities for life sciences instruments and other electronics products. The role involves coordinating with R&D/NPI and customers to transfer products to mass production, and maintaining test software/hardware across life cycles.

The position requires a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, at least 2 years as a Test Engineer in EMS, and hands-on experience with EE test equipment.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years as Test Engineer in EMS.
Knowledge of EE components and test/measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

Liaise with R&D/NPI and customers during NPI to transfer to mass production.
Support test/tester development (HW/SW) at NPI stage.
Evaluate test coverage to meet functional specifications.
Perform tester validation and generate test instructions for operators.
Review tester buy-off documents for mass production readiness.
Maintain test instructions and test SW/FW up-to-date.
Provide training to Test Operators and monthly performance reports.
Assist continuous improvement: yield, quality, cycle time.
