Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited in Singapore is seeking an Engineer, Test to join our HQ at AMK. You will be responsible for testing activities across products, ensuring test coverage meets specifications, and performing top defects analysis.

You will lead a team of Test Engineering Assistants and Technicians, maintain test procedures, calibrate equipment, and support NPI and product transfers. Strong collaboration with customers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• High integrity, initiative and sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Establish testing strategies, flow and procedures for production.
• Plan test capacity to maximise tester utilization.
• Improve test yield via CIP/RMA activities.
• Maintain Venture SOPs and test equipment master list.
• Lead Test Engineering Assistants/Technicians and support production.
• Review first article samples before customer submission.
• Participate in product transfers and NPI support.
• Generate and validate test reports prior to publication.
• Collaborate with customers on product improvements and MRB issues.
