Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Test Technician/ Test Engineer to support server and hardware testing in a high-tech manufacturing setting. The role offers a 4-day work week and a salary in the 3k–5k SGD range with allowances.

You'll work in Tampines, participate in training, and rotate shifts after training, with day and night schedules. Strong basics in Linux, Python, and electronics are valued.

Qualifications

• Associate Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in testing, manufacturing, or production environments is preferred.
• Basic Linux and/or DOS operating systems knowledge is desirable.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Test Process Instructions (TPI) and support training for production personnel.
• Provide technical guidance on testing procedures and assist with troubleshooting during production.
• Maintain training records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Create and maintain server Golden Images (GI) and ensure test database accuracy.
• Configure rack test templates based on engineering documentation.
• Support deployment of rack configurations into production test systems.
• Maintain component database records and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot test-related issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams through established processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and guide junior team members where appropriate.
