Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Debug/Test Technician to support engineers by conducting tests on server and rack products in Tampines.

The role offers a 4-3-3-4 work schedule with Morning or Night shifts (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am), a basic salary up to SGD 3,300 plus SGD 700 variable allowance, and AWS with a performance bonus. You will participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities while maintaining test records.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in conducting tests on server and rack products
• Support and implement PXE server configurations
• Run and maintain burn-in and power testing processes
• Analyze production product failures and collaborate with engineers for improvements
• Participate actively in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain and update test program master list and tracking records
