HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Server Test Technician to join our technology manufacturing team.

You will set up, test and troubleshoot server systems and rack-mounted products, ensuring quality and reliability in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing or technical testing, a technical qualification, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work 12‑hour rotating day or night shifts (4 days per week).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, testing, production, or related technical environments.
• Technical/vocational/high school diploma or higher qualification.
• Basic computer literacy and technical knowledge.
• Experience with server hardware, electronics, PC assembly or hardware testing is a plus.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment.
• Able to work 12‑hour rotating day or night shifts (4 workdays per week).

Responsibilities

• Set up, test and troubleshoot server systems and rack-mounted products.
• Execute testing procedures per work instructions and record results.
• Support BIOS, burn-in, pressure testing and other validation activities.
• Assist with packing, labeling, shipping and other production tasks.
• Follow procedures, quality and safety guidelines to ensure reliability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace following 5S.
