Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd - CREW by HRnet in Singapore is seeking a capable technician to join the production testing team. You will set up, test, and troubleshoot server systems and rack-mounted products, and document outcomes while assisting with production duties.

The role requires 1–2 years in manufacturing or testing, a technical school qualification, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, testing, or a related technical environment.
• Technical school, vocational, high school qualification, or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and technical aptitude.
• Experience in server hardware testing or electronics testing is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, functional testing, and troubleshooting of server systems and rack-mounted products.
• Execute testing procedures according to work instructions and accurately document test results.
• Support BIOS updates, burn-in testing, pressure testing, and other product validation activities.
• Assist with packing, labelling, shipping, and other production-related tasks.
• Ensure products meet quality standards by following established testing procedures and operational guidelines.
• Adhere to workplace safety policies and maintain a clean, organised work area following 5S standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other operational duties as assigned.
