Job summary

FABRISTEEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented procurement assistant to maintain supplier pricing, product databases and tender costs. You will liaise with suppliers, prepare quotations and support budget submissions.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree, strong Excel skills and data management. Experience in tendering, costing or procurement is a plus, and knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field required or preferred.
• Strong Excel and data management skills expected.
• Ability to compare prices and communicate with suppliers.
• Experience in tendering, costing or procurement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier pricing, product and quotation databases.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for prices, products and specifications.
• Prepare and compare quotations for tenders and costing.
• Support tender preparation, pricing analysis and budgetary submissions.
• Use Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Assist the Key Account Manager with VE proposals, presentations and documentation.
