Job summary

China Railway First Group Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch is seeking a seasoned professional to manage pre-qualification and tender documentation, conduct market research, and maintain the client/project knowledge base.

You will assist in project strategy sheets and client financial reports, and provide regular evaluations to our Head Office in China. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering.
• Familiar with PQ, tender, contract award processes across Asia Pacific.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile pre-qualification and tender documentation.
• Conduct market research for new business opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge base of client/project data, including project lists.
• Assist in project documentation such as Project Strategy Sheet and client financial reports.
• Provide regular evaluations and project results to Head Office in China.
