Job summary

FUCHI PTE LTD is seeking a capable Lead for the Tender & Estimation Team to drive ERSS project bids in Singapore. You will oversee the team, review documents, and prepare cost estimates and tender pricing to develop competitive bids.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Technical, Operations, Procurement and Finance to ensure accurate take-offs, risk assessments and timely submissions, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining tender cost databases.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction or related field.
• 5–8 years of tendering and estimation experience in construction or ERSS works.
• Strong cost estimation, quantity take-off and tender pricing abilities.
• Experience in ERSS, deep excavation, sheet piling, strutting or temporary works is preferred.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tender deadlines.
