SHCC Construction Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to manage claims, variation orders, budgeting, cost control and final account settlements on projects in Singapore.

The role covers tender document preparation, evaluation, negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, and full contract administration. You will attend site and progress meetings to address contractual issues and capture variation risks for timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in final account settlements and cost control.
• Preparation of tender documents and evaluation.
• Negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
• Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
• Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
• To ensure a timely closure of all main contract
• Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
• Liaise with Maincontractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings and handle contractual issues
• To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
