Job summary

ENVIPURE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle tender preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis for projects.

The role involves collating quotations, preparing costing summaries, and ensuring compliance with tendering/procurement procedures. Strong focus on budget control and final account settlements with clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or building, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work under

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building is required.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Be meticulous, cost conscious, independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fresh Diploma holders with relevant qualifications would be considered for Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the tender preparation and submission
Carry out quantities taking-off quantities for tendering and sourcing of quotations
Collate price comparison and costing summary
Prepare costing of projects, prepare contracts and to ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures
Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account with client, suppliers and subcontractors.
