Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional cert in construction/cost management.
• ~10 years of experience in project costing, procurement strategies and scheduling.
• Strong numerical ability and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-contract and post-contract administration, cost planning and preliminaries design.
• Prepare tender documents including measurements and Bills of Quantities.
• Tender evaluation and preparation of tender evaluation report.
• Assess payment claims and prepare payment certificates; monitor costs and finalize accounts.
• Assess variations and extension of time claims; advise Client on recommendations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction logistics, materials and cost/financial advisory.
