SEONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveying professional to support tendering and post-contract administration activities at Wood Square Tower 1 in Singapore.

The role involves preparing cost analyses, evaluating quotations, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely submissions. Key responsibilities include tender sourcing and site rounds, quantity takeoffs, bills of quantities, variation orders, progress claims, and cost control to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Entry level candidates welcomed.
• Good communication, meticulous and attentive.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Willing to travel to various project site for site meeting as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Source for tender notices and attend site show round.
• Know the nature of tender and allocation of work before collecting tender documents.
• Assist in taking off quantities and Bills of Quantities.
• Check quotation received according to specification requirement.
• Prepare cost comparison to management and submit for approval.
• Assist in identification and engagement of good subcontractors / suppliers.
• Compilation of suppliers and subcontractors list with grading.
• Discuss with management for submission of tender before the closing date.
