Job summary

Candidate should have a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, with M&E knowledge, be able to work under pressure, independently, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Knowledge/experience in M&E systems is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage tender documents, drawings and BQs per document control.
• Verify drawings to prepare complete tender enquiries for accurate costing.
• Coordinate with supervisors to obtain quotations and select subcontractors/vendors.
• Perform quantity take-offs for tender projects within deadlines.
• Assist in evaluating tenders and preparing submission documents.
• Maintain organized records for substantiation and audit.
• Interpret M&E drawings to support tender and execution.
• Conduct site verifications of variations for claims submissions.
• Assist in certifying completed work for quality and contract compliance.
• Verify subcontractors’ claims to maintain budget control.
• Monitor claims submission progress and payment status with contracts.
• Track orders during execution and report balance amounts.
