GYRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tendering, contracts and commercial controls on complex projects in Singapore.

You will prepare cost plans, monitor budgets, evaluate claims and variations, and coordinate with clients, consultants and the project team to protect value and ensure timely, profitable delivery. This role demands strong negotiation skills, disciplined reporting, and familiarity with materials procurement and progress claims; experience

Formación

• Prepare quantity take-off, cost estimates and tender pricing.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare tender submissions, commercial proposals and value engineering options.
• Administer contracts, subcontract agreements and commercial correspondences.
• Monitor project budget, cost control, cash flow and cost forecasting.
• Prepare, evaluate and certify subcontractor progress claims.
• Prepare, evaluate for Main claim submission.
• Measure and evaluate variation works, claims and additional costs.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, accruals and financial summaries.
• Cost control for material ordering i.e. Concrete and Rebar.
• Manage subcontractor commercial matters including procurement and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project team, consultants and clients on all commercial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
