Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven knowledge of construction drawings and quantity take-off.
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, tender documents, and quotations for construction projects.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and monitor project costs.
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on cost matters.
• Monitor project expenditure and ensure effective cost control.
• Read and understand construction drawings and coordinate with management and site engineers.
• Prepare material orders based on site requirements.
• Handle site certifications and related documentation, including applications and renewals.
• Maintain records and ensure required site documents are up to date.
• Support commercial, contractual, and site administrative matters.
