Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a Tenant Experience Executive to ensure Coveys have a welcoming, smooth stay and feel at home in our properties.

You will handle weekend check-ins, assist with any issues, and coordinate with maintenance to resolve problems. You’ll also help plan community events and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field (service related a bonus)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• A good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Facilitate warm, welcoming check-ins, especially on weekends
• Assist Coveys with general issues to improve comfort
• Liaise with maintenance teams on issues
• Handle and resolve flatmate conflicts and related issues
• Redress grievances using available channels
• Plan and execute engaging community events
• Coordinate with property owner or rep when needed
• Maintain communications with stakeholders and monitor Covey wellbeing
• Perform inventory checks after tenant checkout

Job Title: Tenant Experience Executive

Job Type: Full time

Reports To: Tenant Experience Manager

Location: Singapore

Working hours: Rotating days and hours

What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitating a warm and welcoming check-in, particularly on weekends
• Assisting Coveys with any general issues they might have to make their stay more comfortable
• To be a liaison for maintenance issues between the Coveys and the appropriate departments/contractors
• Handling and resolving flatmate conflicts and related issues
• Redress any grievances a Covey might have using means available
• Assist in planning and executing exciting community events
• Liaising with the property owner or representative when necessary
• Keep constant communications with all stakeholders and regularly check in on the Covey’s wellbeing
• Any other duties that contribute to a better experience for our Coveys as necessary
• Perform the Inventory checks after a tenant checks out

Deliverables:

• Provide a concierge like service to our Coveys
• To provide a high level of customer service to our Coveys and other stakeholders
• To ensure that the Covey’s stay is pleasant and memorable
• Make sure units are well maintained and tidied

What makes you a great fit:

Essential
