Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking a Creative Content Executive to lead content creation for marketing our co-living spaces in Singapore. You will drive lead generation and build a vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore, primarily through video production, photography, and social content.

You will manage end-to-end production from ideation to post-production, support property shoots, and contribute to regional efforts across Asia.

Qualifications

• Completed an undergraduate degree or postgraduate in Communications, Design, Marketing or related field.
• Experienced user of Adobe Suite and video editing softwares.
• Experience in production and video shoot.
• Creative with an eye for design.
• Great spoken and written English.
• Ability to be flexible and deal with ambiguity.
• Resourceful.
• Attention to detail.
• Proactive and not afraid to go out of comfort zone.
• Team player.
• Good to have: Class 3/3A driving license (may be required to drive company van during photoshoots).

Responsibilities

• Content Production & Video: ideate, storyboard, and shoot video content for home tours, testimonials, and lifestyle features.
• Property Shoots & Staging: assist with property staging and lifestyle videography for listings.
• Matterport Tours: oversee 3D scanning and post-production labeling and publishing.
• Community Events & Social Media: cover 5–6 events per month and support regional social media content.
• Adhoc Projects: assist with special events and VIP tours.

Role Purpose: We are looking for a creative superstar to join our ambitious, fast-growing team! In this role, your main focus will be marketing our beautiful co-living spaces, driving lead generation, and building a strong, vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore.

Goals/Deliverables:

• Brand Visibility: Elevate brand recall by producing memorable content and creative assets.
• Traffic Growth: Drive qualified website traffic through engaging social media initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

Content Production & Video

• Pre-Production: Ideate, conceptualize, and storyboard creative concepts
• Production: Operate camera equipment for diverse video formats e.g. home tours, tenant testimonials, neighborhood series and lifestyle content shoots
• Post-Production: Edit video content end-to-end (assembling footage, color grading, sound editing, basic visual effects and animation

Property Shoots & Staging

• Assist with property staging and styling prior to shoots
• Capture high-quality videography for property listings and lifestyle marketing
• Matterport Virtual Tours: Oversee 3D scanning using Matterport camera, and handle post-production (labeling, cleaning up models, and publishing to the platform)

Community Events & Social Media

• Event Coverage: Capture and create photos and videos for 5–6 community events per month
• Regional Support: Assist with regional social media content production (e.g. Japan/Korea markets) as needed

Adhoc Projects

• Support property staging and preparations for VIP tours and special events
