Job summary

Singapore Breast Surgery Center Pte. Ltd. seeks a Temp Patient Service Executive to support patients at the reception from Oct 2026 to mid-Mar 2027, ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience at every visit.

You will greet, register, and assist patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, provide financial counselling, collect payments, and maintain cleanliness and infection control in the imaging area, supporting smooth clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive patients or visitors at the reception counter.
• Perform patient registration for inpatient and outpatient.
• Update patient information at each visit and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries courteously.
• Schedule patient appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Inform patients about delays and waiting times.
• Collect payments and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Close daily accounts and prepare cash deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness of reception and waiting areas.
• Adhere to infection control measures and hand hygiene.
• Advise patients on procedure preparations to support clinical processes.
• Assist in transferring patients to imaging facilities and upkeep of the area.
• Handle clerical duties including filing and data entry for reporting.
