Job summary

Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd is recruiting a Temporary Project Manager to be based in Gombak. The role covers administrative, logistical and event-management duties for high-profile and foreign delegation engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management and/or secretariat work.
• Proficient in managing large data sets in Excel.
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and logistical duties: pass making, invitations/RSVPs, vendor contracts, venue management, budgeting, and security clearances.
• Secretariat duties: coordinating hospitality for foreign delegates and managing schedules of senior officials.
• Event planning and project coordination: developing timelines and monitoring milestones.
• Other duties as assigned.
