Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree holder with at least 2 years of work experience or diploma holder with at least 6 years of work experience.
- Experience in planning stakeholder engagement and outreach activities.
- Project management or facilitation experience is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfort engaging with internal and external stakeholders and good written/verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, deliverables and follow-ups.
- Support planning and execution of stakeholder engagement activities.
- Facilitate engagement sessions, meetings and workshops.
- Perform secretariat duties for internal meetings including minutes and logistics.
- Assist team members on project delivery and related admin tasks.
