Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Temp Customer Service Staff at Raffles Place on a 3-month contract. The role offers an hourly rate up to SGD 15 and involves supporting the customer service counter and concierge duties, handling membership enquiries and various CRM activities.

The position requires handling frontline transactions, data entry, and generating CRM performance reports, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6.00pm, located at One Marina Boulevard, Raffles Place.

Qualifications

• Minimum Under Diploma / O-Level education.
• Experience in handling membership enquiries is a plus.
• Proficient in frontline customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service counter and concierge duties.
• Handle membership enquiries and customer requests.
• Assist with UTAP, gift claims and hardship grant applications.
• Create and update cases in the CRM system.
• Maintain the daily appointment list.
• Assist with frontline transactions including membership sign-ups, assistance programme submissions, card replacement.
• Extract daily, weekly and monthly CRM reports.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations.
• Perform data entry and other admin tasks.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
