Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service representative in Singapore to handle parent and student enquiries by phone, provide general programme information, and direct leads to the sales team.

You will also assist with enrolment over the phone, handle customer feedback promptly, and help at the front desk as needed. The role requires availability on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.

Job description

Salary: $12/HR

Working Schedule: 3 weekdays and 2 weekends

Weekdays (10am-7pm/1pm-10pm)

Weekends (9am-6pm)
