Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a short-term role in Singapore to support claims processing and service request handling, adhering to the established guidelines.

This on-site position at Tanjong Pagar/Maxwell runs Monday to Thursday 8:30am–6:00pm and Fridays 8:30am–5:30pm for five months starting in November, with pay in SGD per hour.

Ideal candidates have at least N level education; payroll experience is advantageous, and the ability to respond to queries promptly is essential.

Qualifications

• N level and above is required.
• Payroll experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• To process claims transactions in accordance to Claim guidelines
• To pick up Services request and reply to queries, where applicable.
