Qualifications

• Relevant experience in payroll processing and/or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process payment/collection following policies and guidelines.
• Liaise with external parties on payment eligibility.
• Perform quality checks on system computations.
• Conduct monthly fund reconciliations.
• Handle customer requests to deliver positive experiences.

• Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• To process payment/collection in accordance with stipulated policies/guidelines and established service standards.
• Liaise with external party on payment eligibility
• Process payment and collection
• Perform quality check on system computation
• Perform monthly fund reconciliation
• Discuss and escape complex cases for review and decision.
• Handle customer requests within established service standards to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Procurement of office supplies

• 2 years contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
