Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with any Polytechnic Diploma or 1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and visitors at reception while maintaining confidentiality.
• Update patient information during each visit and handle inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments and send reminders via calls/SMS to reduce no-shows.
• Provide financial counselling and handle payments; close daily accounts and deposits.
• Maintain clean reception and waiting areas and support imaging facility transfers.
• Follow infection control measures and assist in preparation for procedures.
