Job summary

You will assist with self-registration and self-payment kiosks, educate patients on mobile payment options, and ensure a smooth, convenient experience when accessing digital services.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable assisting patients with basic digital applications and self-service kiosks.
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
• Able to commit to the required contract period.

Responsibilities

• Promote the HealthHub app and assist patients with downloading and accessing the application.
• Guide patients in using self-registration kiosks and self-payment kiosks.
• Educate patients on available mobile payment options.
• Provide general assistance and support to patients as required.
• Approach patients proactively to offer guidance and answer basic queries.
• Help ensure patients have a smooth and convenient experience when accessing digital services.
