Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Support Officer to join a school environment. You will maintain cleanliness of classrooms, staff rooms, laboratories, offices and common areas, and provide logistical support for events.

Working hours are Monday–Friday 6:45am–3:45pm (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch). The contract runs for 1 year (1 Jan – 31 Dec 2027) with a monthly salary of SGD 2,250. Some second shift coverage and occasional Saturday duty may be required.

Qualifications

• PSLE certification preferred.
• 1 year of operational experience in a school environment preferred.
• Able to understand and converse in English.
• Willing to perform hands-on duties and occasional shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, staff rooms, laboratories, offices and common areas.
• Provide logistical support for school events, meetings and daily activities, including furniture and equipment setup.
• Handle opening, locking and securing of school premises, including arming and disarming security systems.
• Assist with basic facilities maintenance, routine inspections and reporting of faults.
• Escort vendors and contractors when required.
• Assist with resetting fire alarm systems and circuit breakers after in-house training.
• Support science laboratories with general cleaning and basic preparation of materials.
• Perform other duties assigned by school management.
