RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a part-time Customer Enrolment Assistant for Sep 1 to Nov 30, 2026. You will handle phone inquiries from parents, provide general programme details, and support the sales team by directing leads.

The role requires a minimum A level or Diploma, no prior experience is required as training will be provided. Duties may include front desk support during walk-in enquiries at United Square Novena.

• Assist with student enrolment over the phone (provide general programme details to parents and direct leads to sales).
• Address customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Assist with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.

Job description

Duration: 1st Sep to 30th Nov 2026
Salary: $12/HR
Work Schedule: 3 Weekdays and 2 Weekends
Hours: Weekdays (1pm-10pm/ 10am-7pm) , Weekends (9am-6pm)
Location: United Square (Novena)

Job Scope:

• Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
• Assist with student enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.
