Job summary

Super Loco Group in Singapore is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will cook and plate Mexican dishes, maintain quality, and work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure smooth service.

You bring basic knife and culinary skills, solid teamwork and good communication. Salary starts at 2,600 SGD plus 300 incentive, with up to 3,000 SGD plus 300, plus medical/dental coverage and leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic knife skills and basic culinary skills required.
• Good communication and teamwork are valued.
• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• No specific cuisine experience required for Mexican dishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Super Loco’s recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency, taste and presentation across all menu items during service.
• Assist in daily mise en place, stock rotation and ingredient preparation.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
