Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant to support Facilities and M&E equipment data management and office operations. You will update inventory data in the system, help coordinate meetings, and assist with basic presentation materials.

The role involves using Ariba for procurement, ordering office supplies, and providing general admin support to ensure smooth department operations. Working hours are standard weekdays from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma or N/O/A/Nitec certification preferred.
• Experience with data management and basic admin is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support team activities, organise internal meetings, manage minor projects and handle ad-hoc tasks.
• Manage Ariba procurement system and support office operations for FSS.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure department runs smoothly.
• Assist with preparation of basic presentation slides and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support as required.
