Qualifications

• Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting, preferably 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details oriented.
• Great teammate with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment.
• Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality.
• Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, ensure payments are in accordance to LOA.
• Ensure input tax claimed are supported with valid tax invoices and in accordance to GST Act.
• Update invoices to accounting system.
• Download suppliers for payments.
• Issue payments with supporting invoices & documents.
• Prepare journal entries for monthly closing.
• Prepare suppliers reconciliation.
• Assist in internal audit.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
