Responsibilities

• Verify expenses and payments and allocate them to the appropriate accounts.
• Check invoices and prepare supporting documents for payments and receipts.
• Prepare payment vouchers and maintain accounts payable (A/P) records.
• Prepare customer invoices and monitor outstanding payments.
• Follow up with customers and agents on outstanding payments.
• Prepare and update accounts receivable (A/R) records.
• Maintain cash book records and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Enter and post transactions using accounting software.
• File and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Assist with other accounting duties as assigned.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
