Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Temp Accounts Assistant for a 4-month contract in Singapore. Location: Cantonment Road. Salary: $13/hour. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm.

The role involves verifying expenses and payments, processing invoices, maintaining both accounts payable and receivable, and performing bank reconciliations. This is a short-term opportunity offering hands-on accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Verify expenses and payments and assign the appropriate accounts.
• Check invoices and prepare supporting documents for payments and receipts.
• Prepare payment vouchers and update accounts payable records.
• Prepare customer invoices and maintain accounts receivable records.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers or agents.
• Maintain cash book records and perform bank reconciliations.
• Enter accounting transactions into the accounting software.
• File and maintain financial documents and transaction records.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
