• Maintain accurate call records and report outcomes daily/weekly in CRM.

1. Outbound Calling

• Calling potential or existing customers from a provided list (cold calling or warm leads).
• Promoting Services.
• Setting appointments or generating sales leads.

2. Inbound Calling

• Handling calls from customers responding to ads, emails, or previous contact.
• Providing information and assisting with product/service queries.

3. Sales & Lead Generation

• Explaining service features and benefits.
• Recording customer details and outcomes of each call in a CRM system.

4. Customer Service

• Answering questions, resolving complaints, or forwarding them to the right department.
• Following up on previous calls or inquiries.

5. Data Entry & Reporting

• Maintaining accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes.
• Reporting daily/weekly results to supervisors.
