Job summary

NCS is seeking a proactive Project Executive to support project management and administration for a communications project. The role backs up an operations-monitoring team at the client site, delivering project support, documentation, and coordination.

You will handle vendor management, system health and security monitoring, contract management, and change requests, while also supporting procurement, security clearance submissions, audits, and technical queries from the customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management support including documentation, coordination and deliverables tracking.
• Willingness to be deployed to support a separate operations-monitoring team at customer site as needed.
• Foundational knowledge of project management principles and tools (certifications are a plus).
• Technical familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management assistance, including documentation, coordination, and tracking of deliverables.
• Support the client-site operations-monitoring team as required.
• Handle vendor management, contract management, system health monitoring and security monitoring tasks.
• Assist with procurement processes, security clearance submissions, and annual asset audits.
• Address technical queries from the customer and contribute to project management scope definitions.
