Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead Project Manager to direct large-scale IT/Engineering initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and to defined quality standards. You will coordinate with users, managers, architects and vendors to align requirements and drive successful outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and proven ability to manage complex programs across multiple teams, vendors and client projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of IT/Engineering project management experience.
• Experience delivering engineering/IT projects across organizations.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document requirements with users and managers across a distributed organization.
• Prepare project plans, risk management plans, milestones and deliverables with business users and architects/designers.
• Develop high cadence within the project team for escalated tracks and action items.
• Manage project execution including schedules, budget, manpower and quality.
• Oversee scope definition and change control mechanisms.
• Escalate issues on overruns, scope creep, and integration challenges with the Project Director or Delivery Lead.
• Coordinate integration of hardware, software, testing, redesign, migration and data conversion.
• Ensure timely delivery by identifying critical paths and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Manage resources including hardware, software, personnel and logistics within budget.
• Review project documentation to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Define resources, performance reviews and post-implementation evaluations.
