Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned DevOps/Infrastructure professional to support a global user base across the App, Website, Desktop Client and API. You will diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis using logs, databases and monitoring, and collaborate with product teams to drive reliability and performance improvements.

You will identify product bugs, contribute to incident management, join post-incident reviews and help build AI-powered internal tools to increase team efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure, with depth in one area and the ability to learn the rest.
• Experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or technical project management for products with a million-level user base.
• Plus: production AI project experience and background in financial services or Web3.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support retail and VIP users on the App, Website, Desktop Client and API.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using logs, databases, monitoring and code to find root causes.
• Identify product bugs and work with BUs to improve the product and user experience.
• Assist the Incident Management team with technical incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Build and maintain internal tools and automation, including AI-driven ones, to increase team efficiency.
