Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in DevOps/infra or software development, strong cloud and container skills, and a background in AI or Web3. English fluency is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support retail and VIP users on the App, Website, Desktop Client and API.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using logs, databases, monitoring and code to find root causes.
• Identify product bugs and improvement opportunities; collaborate with BUs to improve product and UX.
• Assist the Incident Management team with technical incidents; participate in post-incident reviews.
• Build and maintain internal tools and automation, including AI-driven ones, to boost team efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Support retail and VIP users on the App, Website, Desktop Client and API.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, using logs, databases, monitoring and code to find root causes.
• Identify product bugs and improvement opportunities. Work with the BUs to improve the product and the user experience.
• Assist the Incident Management team with technical incidents. Join post-incident reviews and give recommendations.
• Build and maintain internal tools and automation, including AI-driven ones, to make the team more efficient.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following. Depth in one area plus the ability to learn the rest matters more than covering everything.DevOps / Infrastructure: CI/CD, public cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure / Alibaba Cloud), Linux, containers (Docker / Kubernetes), IaC, monitoring and logging, scripting. Solid networking fundamentals: HTTP(S), DNS, proxies, VPN.
• Software Development: Java / Spring Boot, Go, Python, Node.js or Rust on the backend. Or JavaScript / TypeScript on the frontend. Android, iOS, H5 or Flutter on the client.
• Technical Support / Solutions / Project Management: pre-sales or post-sales technical support, solutions engineering, or technical project management for products with a million-level user base.
• Plus: production AI project experience (skills, harnesses, agentic loops), a financial services or Web3 background.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages, such as Mandarin, would be an advantage.
