Job summary

Binance is seeking a versatile engineer to support users across multiple platforms and troubleshoot complex issues. You will work with logs, databases, and monitoring to identify root causes, and contribute to incident reviews and post-mortems.

A strong background in DevOps/infra and software development is expected, with AI tooling experience considered a plus. You will build internal tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseas

Qualifications

5+ years experience in DevOps/Infrastructure, software engineering, or equivalent.
Strong cloud and container tech knowledge across AWS/GCP/Azure/Licensed cloud providers.
Experience with production AI projects is a plus.
English proficiency required; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

Support retail and VIP users across App, Website, Desktop Client and API.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using logs, databases, monitoring and code to find root causes.
Identify bugs and improvement opportunities; work with business units to enhance product and user experience.
Assist Incident Management with technical incidents; participate in post-incident reviews and provide recommendations.
Build and maintain internal tools and automation, including AI-driven solutions to improve team efficiency.
