Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem with a mission to increase the freedom of money and financial access. We are seeking experienced professionals to support users across apps and platforms, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to product improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in DevOps/infra or software development, strong cloud and container skills, and a background in AI or Web3. English fluency is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure or software engineering roles.
• Proficient with public cloud and container technologies.
• Strong backend or frontend development background.
• Plus: AI projects and Web3/financial services experience.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support retail and VIP users on the App, Website, Desktop Client and API.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using logs, databases, monitoring and code to find root causes.
• Identify product bugs and improvement opportunities; collaborate with BUs to improve product and UX.
• Assist the Incident Management team with technical incidents; participate in post-incident reviews.
• Build and maintain internal tools and automation, including AI-driven ones, to boost team efficiency.
