Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
• Proven experience leading a large technology organization as IT Director or equivalent.
• Experience in retail/omnichannel/e-commerce or related industry is mandatory.
• Demonstrated track record delivering enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation.
• Strong experience managing multiple technology functions including Applications, Data & Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, Infra, Eng and E‑Commerce.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and systems integration across POS, CRM, warehouse and supply chain.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud, scalability and integration frameworks.
• Experience leading Data Science, BI, Analytics and GenAI initiatives with data governance.
• Cybersecurity, risk, compliance, continuity and disaster recovery expertise.
• Experience leading large tech transformation programs with vendors and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
• Excellent commercial acumen to optimise tech investment and deliver measurable value.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the organization's IT strategy and digital transformation agenda.
• Lead and manage technology function across Applications, Data & Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, Infra, Eng, and E‑Commerce.
• Define IT operating model, org structure, talent strategy, and succession plans.
• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives for scalable, secure platforms.
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA and integration with POS, MPOS, CRM, e‑commerce and logistics platforms.
• Govern lifecycle of enterprise applications including SAP, CRM, CDP, and digital commerce solutions.
• Establish data governance, data quality, security, and analytics standards.
• Direct Data Science, Data Engineering, BI and Analytics teams for insights and forecasts.
• Define AI strategy, GenAI governance, security controls and productivity tools.
• Lead e‑commerce platforms, mobile apps, websites and loyalty/customer engagement solutions.
• Ensure availability and performance of mission‑critical systems like SAP, POS, and digital platforms.
• Drive cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Oversee software engineering, DevOps, integrations, and secure development practices transparency.
• Manage technology programs and vendor partnerships for value delivery and cost control.
