Qualifications

• Basic programming knowledge such as Python, JavaScript, C#, PHP, Java, C++, or similar.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues.
• Interested in automation, AI tools, dashboards, simulations, or digital systems.
• Practical, curious, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house software applications to support business operations.
• Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency in workflows and IT processes.
• Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and system integrations.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of IT systems.
• Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and IT compliance.
• Develop data-driven insights by leveraging AI, machine learning, and analytics tools.
• Implement predictive analytics and automation for system optimizations.
• Develop and maintain simulations for testing and training purposes.
