Qualifications

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in AI Applications, BIS, Cyber & Network Security, IT Systems & Networks, or related fields
• Basic programming knowledge such as Python, JavaScript, C#, PHP, Java, C++, or similar
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues
• Interested in automation, AI tools, dashboards, simulations, or digital systems
• Practical, curious, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain in-house software applications to support business operations.
• Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency in workflows and IT processes.
• Develop and maintain APIs, scripts, and system integrations.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments.
• Develop data-driven insights by leveraging AI, machine learning, and analytics tools.
